Went down a rabbit hole Sunday night and started listening to songs from the late 90s to early 2000s...early 00s?
Goldfinger's "Here In Your Bedroom" kicked things off which lead to their awesome quarantine rendition which I thought blew the original out of the water.
Then the recommendation engine suggested the cover of "Take On Me" by Reel Big Fish.
My mind and ears were aching for more music from decades ago, next up was "Always Your Way" by UK band My Vitrol who never found success in the US but is to this day one of my favorites bands of all time. Hopefully one day, I'll be able to see them again (I need to see if I have thier set list from their SF show in one of my storage boxes).
Monday became a blur of punk, ska, alternative, and accustic version of songs from days long ago. Here's what was blasting though my ear goggles all day.
